Our Story
Red Barn Ranch has been a dream in the making for over 20 years. Long before the property existed, Bob and Tammy imagined having a place where kids could run, play, explore, and make real camp memories. After decades of running Kids After Hours programs and summer camps, that dream finally came true. Today, Red Barn Ranch is our home for adventure—a place built on our mission to Help Everyone, Care Always, and to give every child the chance to feel free, joyful, and connected. From the big red barn to the wide-open fields, everything here is designed with heart, family, and fun in mind. About Our Program
Experienced, Caring & Fully Trained Staff
Kids After Hours staff are experienced, passionate, and well-trained professionals dedicated to creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for children. Each team member undergoes comprehensive background checks, child abuse and neglect training, and ongoing professional development, including required courses in child development, health and safety, and positive behavior practices. Many of our directors have been with KAH for over a decade, with several having grown up in our programs and returning as leaders.
