Need financial assistance regarding Child Care?
We can help! Click here and follow the steps to apply.

Our goal is to make our School Year and Summer Camp programs as accessible as possible for our families. We encourage you to complete the KAH scholarship application where we can assist you in developing a payment plan or finding a subsidy program that works for you. Many of our families already use Maryland Child Care Subsidy and Working Parents Assistance programs and we would be happy to assist you with this as we can.

KAH will not impose additional fees for days when children extend their hours on scheduled days due to school early dismissals, delayed starts (typically weather-related), and holidays. This policy also applies to winter break and spring break, ensuring that there are no extra tuition charges during these school holiday periods.

For the school year, tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from August to May, and alternative payment schedules with no interest or fees are also available.

Who is in your household?

Count everyone in your household: yourself, any other parent or guardian who is legally or financially responsible for your family, and every child you are legally or financially responsible for.
You The person filling out this form. You are always counted once.

Other parents & guardians in your home

Add a spouse, partner, or other parent/guardian who lives with you and is responsible for the family. Don't add roommates, grandparents, or others unless they are legally responsible for the children.

Children you're responsible for

Add every child you are legally or financially responsible for — including children too young or too old for care. Their age helps us check eligibility.
